These terms govern your use of AI Software Insights at aisoftwareinsights.com (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is

AI Software Insights publishes structured profiles, comparisons, guides, and decision context about software. The content is editorial and informational. It is provided to help you research and compare tools; it is not professional, legal, financial, or security advice, and it is not a substitute for your own evaluation. Verify anything important — especially pricing, licensing, and security details — against the vendor’s own primary sources before you rely on it.

Accuracy and independence

We work to keep information accurate and stamp records with a last-updated date, but software changes constantly and some details may be out of date or contain errors. Rankings and verdicts are our editorial opinion, formed as described in our Methodology & Editorial Policy, and are not for sale. Any affiliate relationship, where one exists, is disclosed in line with the independence section of that policy and never changes what we recommend.

Accounts and memberships

Some features require an account, and some require a paid membership. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to open a paid plan. The specific price, billing cycle, and plan terms that apply to a paid membership are the ones presented to you at the point of purchase, together with the terms of our payment provider. Do not share, resell, or transfer your account without our permission.

Acceptable use

  • copy, scrape, or republish substantial parts of the content for a competing service without permission;

We may decline, edit, or remove submissions at our discretion, and submitting something does not guarantee it will be published.

The site’s original content, layout, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may read, share, and link to our pages for personal and non-commercial use. Product names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only; their inclusion does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

When we change these terms we will update the date below; significant changes may be highlighted more prominently. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
