AI Software Insights (“we”, “us”) publishes structured software comparisons, profiles, and decision context. This policy explains what we collect when you use aisoftwareinsights.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we reasonably can, and we do not sell personal data.
What we collect
- Account and membership data — if you create an account or subscribe to a paid plan, we store the details you provide, such as your name, email address, and account preferences, so we can operate your account.
- Newsletter subscriptions — if you opt in, we store your email address to send the newsletter. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Payments — paid plans are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Card details are entered on and handled by the provider; we do not receive or store full card numbers on our servers.
- Content you submit — when you submit a tool, a project, or a correction, we keep what you send so we can review and, where appropriate, publish it.
- Comments — if commenting is enabled and you leave one, we store the comment and the name and email you provide with it.
- Usage and technical data — like most websites, our servers and analytics record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages. We use this in aggregate to understand what is useful and to keep the site secure and reliable.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar local storage for essential functions — keeping you signed in, remembering your comparison selections, and storing your language preference (Arabic or English). We may also use analytics cookies to measure aggregate usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some features, such as staying signed in, may not work without them.
How we use your data
We use the data above to operate accounts and memberships, process payments, send the newsletter you asked for, review submissions and corrections, respond to your messages, measure and improve the site, and meet our legal obligations. Who we share it with

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to correct issues quickly.
Children
The site is intended for professional and general adult audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
