Overview
WhoDB is an open-source, lightweight database explorer and administration tool designed to query and manage multiple SQL and NoSQL database engines through a unified web interface. Written in Go, it focuses on providing a clean, modern user interface, visual relationship mapping, query autocompletion, and high-performance querying without the bloated memory requirements of traditional database administration systems. WhoDB supports PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, Redis, MongoDB, and others. It is highly suitable for developers and database administrators who need a quick and easy-to-host interface to inspect data, write queries, and export tables without installing local desktop clients like pgAdmin or DBeaver. By deploying WhoDB within a secure private network or behind a reverse proxy with proper authentication, teams can safely access their database systems remotely.
